Here goes...
I've always tried to start writing a journal yet always failed miserably. It's probably because I've never felt the need to write one. But as the years pass, and I read other blogs, I start realize the importance of documenting ones life.
I wish I had started writing earlier - maybe a year or so earlier, as there have been many milestones that happened in the past year. But like the saying goes... "better late than never".
In a nutshell, 2011 has brought us an enlightening visit to my fathers hometown, a memorable trip to San Francisco with mom, not-so-good news on hubby's health, a wonderful blessing from above, Ate's miracle transplant, and a loss of a loved one. I know there are more but these are just the highlights of the big things that happened this year. Hopefully this blog will let me be able to discuss these things in more detail as well as document events in the future.
...So heres to hoping I will religiously write in this blog.
